Regular Fee Charges

 

Task: Process any Monthly Fees to appropriate account.

 

 

1. From account menu, click the Charge fees button.

2. You will see the above screen

3. If you click the Doit button here, any fees due and not yet charged will be applied to the accounts

 

Accounts that will be charged are those where their parent account type has an amount loaded for the monthly fee and the individual account does not have the

          [x] Exempt for Regular fees           checkbox set.

 

Also, Nil balance account or accounts in credit will not be charged.
