3. The only exception to Clause 2 is if the law requires us to provide information.

5. We do not retain client’s personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes of compliance with the law and routine administration.

We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information and any data provided for testing, evaluation, data conversion or data recovery from unauthorised access. We will continue to enhance these features as technology changes and becomes available. All data received will be held in the strictest of confidence. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our systems, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
7. Genawise is constantly endeavouring to improve and enhance its products and services to our clients, and we may update this policy from time to time. Any changes to this policy will be updated on this page on the Genawise website.
